A red and yellow apple that is crisp & juicy with a distinct aroma with a sweet low acid flavour. Excellent for eating fresh.​

GALA
A cross between a Kidd’s Orange and a Golden Delicious. It is average in size with a yellow-orange background colour and a red blush. Excellent for eating fresh.​
McINTOSH
A middle tart apple with a white flesh, it’s excellent for sauces, pies and eaten fresh.
HONEY CRISP
A large sized apple with a distinctive texture and a slightly acidic, sweet taste. Superb when eaten fresh but also is marvellous in pies and apple sauce.
GOLDEN DELICIOUS
It is firm and juicy with a sweet flavour. May be used for cooking and is excellent eaten fresh.
MUTSU
a large apple with a mildly sweet taste and a firm texture. It makes an ideal snack and is delicious in pies.
CORTLAND
